Hi! We look forward to speaking with you about DBTweens. You can choose any of the three options below. Please know that we are currently working with youth ages 9-12 years of age. For youth 12-18 they could alternately participate in our Teens program DBTeens. We also have a Young Adults program for ages 18-29, DBTwenties.
If you are considering our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) please be aware that due to state licensure laws the teens must be in the states of New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts or Vermont when they are receiving our services. Our DBTweens Skills class does not have any location restrictions.
Insurance Information for our Online Mental Health IOP

In Network: We are in-network with Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, HPI, Martin’s Point, and Tufts.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the scheduled hours of DBTweens we will no longer be able to accept AmeriHealth, NH Healthy Families, and Wellsense NH Medicaid. We believe to extend the hours to fit the Medicaid definition of an IOP would be a disservice to our clients and have chosen not to do so. Thank you for your understanding.
Single Case Agreements: We have successfully had single case agreements with the following plans: Cigna/Evernorth.
We are unable to work with the following plans: Tricare, Optum, United Healthcare, United Behavioral Health, Aetna, AmeriHealth, NH Healthy Families, Wellsense NH Medicaid, Vermont Medicaid, MaineCare and MassHealth.
If you wish to pursue a “single case agreement” with your insurance, please let us know. As there are limited DBT resources in New England, many insurers are willing to cover this service if it is recommended and deemed appropriate for your child’s needs.
Live Zoom Session
Join one of our Admissions Staff, on Mondays at 1:00 PM. We also have a Tweens Only time on Wednesdays at 12:00 pm. They will answer you questions and get your program admission started.
