DBTweens IOP
The program for Tweens is currently being restructured, please contact Gaia, the program director to join our mailing list to hear about future offerings or with any questions.
Designed for tweens (ages 9-12) and their families who need more support than weekly therapy provides, but don’t require hospitalization. Our program helps children and caregivers learn new skills, strengthen communication, and build emotional balance — all from home on Zoom.
Participants must reside in NH, MA, ME, or VT.

DBTweens Parent Skills Development
An online class for Parents/Caregivers who want to improve their skills at being a calm and steady presence when their child has BIG emotions. When you stay calm, your body language and tone of voice can help your child’s nervous system start to calm down too.
Open to anyone regardless of location.
